I couldn’t be more sad to say that but yes… Summer has now almost come to an end :'( – but the good news is (cheer up drammers!) that I actually had the occasion to taste sooo many new drams this last couple of months (taking advantage of being in Scotland for a little while) – I then thought it could be nice to pick up my 8 favourites from all the fine expressions I sampled (and trust me, that was a tough list to come up with!).
This selection features both very young and rather old whiskies as well as fairly affordable and a bit more expensive nectars so that you can all also find something to suit your taste & budget! All titles directly link to the official website or online shop for more information and/or tasting notes (you know me, I’m not really into the multi-tasting-notes articles nor scoring approach – I actually didn’t even take extensive notes on those whiskies, I simply enjoyed them, most of the time in good company… ). This list therefore comes in no particular order #LetsGetWild.
