I recently had the opportunity to try Booker’s Bourbon Center Cut (2015\u201303) and was excited to see what all the hype was about. As a fan of bourbon, I was curious to taste this particular batch, which is said to be named for two reasons: the central area of the rackhouse for prime whiskey aging and the fifth floor, which is known as the center of the rackhouse.<\/p>\n
