I recently had the pleasure of trying One Eight Distilling’s Untitled Whiskey No. 13, and I must say, it did not disappoint. This 10-year-old bourbon has been finished in five different barrels, including Cognac, Spanish brandy, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez sherry. The result is a complex and flavorful whiskey that is a joy to savor.<\/p>\n
