The end of September always means Whisky Live Paris, probably one of the best whisky shows in Europe from what I’ve experienced so far (and I’m not saying this by pure chauvinism… Or am I? ;)).
This year, Amongst other yummy discoveries, I felt more than privileged to embark on the Dalmore boat for a 40-minute cruise along the Seine to taste some rather exclusive Dalmore bottlings from the famous King Alexander III to 1996 Port vintage to the all-mighty 40 years old. You know what… Let’s not tease you with the plethora of excellent drams I had the chance to taste this year because my “Whisky Live Paris favourites” article is coming tomorrow (hey, it would be rude not to!).
So without further ado, let me embark you on my classic “in-pictures” tour of this year’ edition of Whisky Live Paris (I know, there’s no pic taken at Cocktail Street for the simple reason that I could only spend 4 hours at the festival this year and had to make choices between mixology heaven and the huge amount of new releases I wanted to sample #HardLife #ToughChoicesBeLike )
